SORRY for the promise i made last time. Now, i decided to update my slimming progress every 2 days because i found out that the difference are not too obvious if i update it daily. On the 3rd day of the program, beside than controlling my diet, i being more concentrate on my back. You can see the difference of my back compare with previous picture

If anyone have the intention to slim down, then the person really need to have a very strong mentality. For a person that similar to me, ( puts on more than 15kg of fats) and have the intention to slim back, PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP !! I BELIEVE YOUR HARD WORK WONT BE WASTED!!
